About Davenant Academy
As America grapples with the unprecedented challenge of coronavirus and the prolonged closures of schools and churches, millions of students are stranded at home with limited educational or discipleship opportunities. What better way to use this time than to grow in knowledge of your faith and the church's history? To meet this need, we have launched Davenant Academy, an informal program of instruction in faith, apologetics, church history, and Christian wisdom!
We know that nothing can quite substitute for face-to-face instruction and mentoring, but we are grateful that technology affords us opportunities to bring some of the best teachers right into your living room. Davenant Academy lessons will appear in playlists on our YouTube channel (https://www.youtube.com/user/Davenanttrust) over the coming weeks and months, offering young adults a wonderful opportunity to learn about the building blocks of their Christian faith during a time of fear and uncertainty.
All of our teachers are currently volunteering their time, and we are not charging for these lessons, but we hope that, through your generous contributions, we may be able to thank our instructors for their efforts and continue to improve the quality of our recordings! (Note: After clicking "Submit" on your gift, you can designate the gift for a particular course/teacher.)
